I went shopping again. I went to Penang because my sister need to go back to Sabah. Later I went to Queensbay to do some shopping. I noticed that most of the shop is clearing their old stock. That's why everywhere was doing " BUY 1 FREE 1 " promotion. But I wanted to buy only one pair of chinos pants. So I asked whether I can only buy 1 and get a 50% discount. " Sorry, you need to choose 2 pairs and one of it is free." That is what the promoter said. So I didnt buy and went to go somewhere else to look for some pants. Finally I didnt buy the chinos but other pants of different style. I got 70% discount. Even better.
After Chinese New Year, all the shop need to clear all their old stock so they have to do this type of promotion to get rid of the old stuff. Before Chinese New Year, people shop like crazy for new clothes but I think the best time to do shopping is the SALE after the main SALE. Yes I know those are the leftover stuff but it is still the same. Everyone also buy thing during the sale. So I also buy the same stuff but it's just that I didnt have more choices to choose from. That is no big deal. So I can shop before the celebration and also continue shopping after the celebration. Will do it during this year Christmas.
